QUEERFLEX is excited to offer drop-in classes 6 days/week and range from GROUP CIRCUIT to DANCE FITNESS to STRETCH + SERENITY classes, and MORE!


GROUP CIRCUIT

Class type: Group Class
Suitability: All bodies, abilities and identities
Cost: Members - Pay-what-you-can (suggested min $5) | Non-members - $20 drop-in.

Have you ever dreamt of sweating your feelings on the floor to some sweetly sick beats while surrounded by a small handful of your 2SLGBTQ+ peers & Allies, all in an affirming, body-positive space?

Then THIS group class is for YOU!

Workouts rotate weekly, playlists on request, costumes welcome if you got'em!

This class is open to 2SLGBTQ+ folks & allies! Instructor leads from a trauma-informed, body-positive, weight-neutral perspective.


ZUMBA

Class type: Group Class
Suitability: All bodies, abilities - no-experience neede!
Cost: Members - Pay-what-you-can (suggested min $5) | Non-members - $20 drop-in.

Looking to end your week on a high note? Then this dance class is for YOU!

Whether you fancy yourself a Dancing Queen or not, this fun and light-hearted class will get you grooving and shaking and sweating your face off to your queer little heart's content.

Each class takes elements of fun, pilates, and cardio fitness and combines them into a dance form to give you a great head-to-toe workout, allowing you to stretch and strengthen ya bod and ya mind!

This class is open to 2SLGBTQ+ folks & allies! Instructor leads from a trauma-informed, body-positive, weight-neutral perspective.

STRETCH + SERENITY

Class type: Group Class
Suitability: All bodies and abilities. 2SLGBTQIA+ Specific.
Cost: Members - Pay-what-you-can (suggested min $5) | Non-Members - $20 drop-in

Nothing like 30 minutes of a chill, grounding, yoga-inspired flow, followed by 20 minutes of a guided meditation to set you right and keep you going to the end of the week!

This class is open to 2SLGBTQ+ folks & allies! Instructor leads from a trauma-informed, body-positive, weight-neutral perspective.

Class plan rotates weekly, playlists on request. No one would be mad if you showed up in drag.


Please note that gym doors will be open 20 minutes before and after class, and locked when class begins. We cannot guarantee late entry, so it is advised you show up at least 5-10 minutes before class begins. Find out more re: parking and location HERE!

We encourage families to attend, but ask that children who need close supervision stay in someone else’s care while you are in class - we want you and the rest of the group members to get the most out of your workouts! Youth under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
