QUEERFLEX founder and personal trainer, Kyle Fairall, works from a queer-centred wholistic perspective. They believe in honouring folks where they are at in their fitness journey and support a Health At Every Size approach. This approach is recognized in all of the work QUEERFLEX does, from fitness training, to workshops and public education, advocacy, and more.

One-on-one personal training sessions, crafted with intention to support you on your path to wellness. Paired sessions available if you'd like to bring a pal or partner (poly-friendly, youth with adult 14+, youth independently 16+ ).

Bi-monthly Community Fitness Events

Every second month QUEERFLEX hosts community fitness events called 'Homos + Hammer Curls'.

The point of these events is two fold:

- to give LGBTQIA2S+ folks an opportunity o experience modalities of fitness in a group setting that they may have not other wise tried due to social or financial barriers.

- to showcase other RAD QUEER FITNESS PROS in and around the city of Edmonton.
