QUEERFLEX founder, Kyle Fairall, and their team work from a queer-centred, weight-neutral, wholistic perspective. They believe in honouring folks where they are at in their fitness journey and support a Health At Every Size approach. This approach is recognized in all of the work QUEERFLEX does, from fitness training, to workshops and public education, advocacy, and more.

Personal Training

One-on-one personal training sessions, crafted with intention to support you on your path to wellness. Paired sessions available if you'd like to bring a pal or partner (polyam-friendly, youth with adult 14+, youth independently 16+ ).

Groups of 2-4, perfect for pals, partners or families (polyam-friendly, youth with adult 14+, youth independently 16+ ).

Fitness training, kickboxing, yoga or dance sessions available, all crafted with intention to support you on your path to wellness.

Drop-in Classes

QUEERFLEX is excited to offer pay-what-you-can drop-in classes to its members. Classes run 6 days/week and range from circuit training to dance to flexibility and mobility classes, and MORE!

We encourage families to attend, but ask that children who need close supervision stay in someone else’s care while you are in class - we want you and the rest of the group members to get the most out of your workouts! Youth under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Registered Programs

QUEERFLEX is excited to offer sliding-scale pricing to our members on 6-8 week registered, ranging from kickboxing to dance, and MORE!.

  • Queer Kickboxing - level 1

    • Mondays from 12pm-1pm running Feb 4th-April 8th, 2019

    • Tuesdays from 6:30am-7:30am running Feb 5th-April 9th, 2019

*Max 12 participants per registered program. If Payment by Credit Card is inaccessible to you, please contact us at queerflex@gmail.com. All payment is due one week prior to the start of class.
