They believe in honouring folks where they are at in their fitness journey and support a Health At Every Size approach. This approach is recognized in all of the work QUEERFLEX does, from fitness training, to workshops and public education, advocacy, and more.

One-on-one personal training sessions, crafted with intention to support you on your path to wellness. Paired sessions available if you'd like to bring a pal or partner (poly-friendly, youth with adult 14+, youth independently 16+ ).

Drop-in Classes

QUEERFLEX is excited to offer pay-what-you-can drop-in classes to its members. Classes run 6 days/week and range from bootcamp to POUND to flexibility and mobility classes, and MORE!
