Class Description

Have a plan or a program you and your QUEERFLEX trainer have already developed? Looking for some solo workout time outside of our group fitness classes

Then our Open Workout Time is for you!

Sessions are one hour in length, and you will have access to all of the gym equipment in the main gym space.


A QF PFT will be on site to explain and help up-hold QUEERFLEX House Rules, as well as supervise and spot if needed, but you are responsible for your own workout. If you do not have a plan or program, we invite you to consider hiring one of our amazing personal training specialists to develop one with you.


To use this services, you must have attended either: 

  • 3 Drop-in or registered classes


  • 3 Personal Fitness Training Sessions with a QUEERFLEX Personal Trainer


  • Attend our New Member Orientation (contact us for dates and details) and 1 Drop-in or registered class

Must be 18+ to attend.


Members: pay-what-you-can (suggested min $5/session) | Non-members: N/A - this is a Members-Only class.
