Registered Group Class - Myofascial Release
Self-myofascial release is a powerful self-care tool that can help relieve tight sore muscles, improve circulation and posture, and increase range of motion and flexibility.
This 6-week program will teach folks how to roll different areas of the body at their own pace and intensity. Special focus will be placed on using rolling for binder care and common areas of muscle tension.
Registration covers the classes and a ball to continue rolling at home!

This class is specifically for those who wear chest binders. No experience needed, must be 16+.
Members access sliding scale, $50-$100 for all 5 sessions; non-members $100 for all 5 sessions. All equipment included.
